ENGLEFIELD BAY | WEEKLY FISHING REPORT

May

2019

Our Season is well underway and the magic has begun!
3 Tyee’s came to the dock last trip with Mike Robarts topping off the trio at 33lbs .Great Job Mike!

Weather has been beautiful with Northwest winds starting slowly and building throughout the day.
Sunny skies prevail and our instructors are able to travel and explore the grounds.
Most boats are starting off at the shoals and fanning out from there.
We are certainly looking forward to seeing what the waters will provide for us this year!

Bottom fishing for Halibut and Lingcod seems to be on par with other years at this time.
Chinook salmon is a little stronger and from all accounts the size average has jumped up a bit.

As we spend more time on the water and search out this years hot spots trends will appear and we will keep you all up to date on it.
I am so happy to be working with such a wonderful group of people this season and all of us are ready to share it with you!

Looking forward to meeting everyone new to this experience and welcoming back those of you that return year after year.

Until then,
Take care and tight lines!
